Terms of use

This website is operated by The Daniel Collective, Daniel Low and Daniel Ross, RE/MAX Sabre Realty Group.

Property information

Use listing information only for your personal, non-commercial search for a property to purchase. Do not copy, redistribute, scrape or commercially exploit the listing database, photographs or other listing content. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

Prices, availability, measurements and other details can change. Information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed; independently verify details that matter to your purchase with the listing brokerage. A listing’s removal does not indicate that it has sold.

Editorial content

OnlyDans captions are separate editorial introductions. Original property facts and listing brokerage attribution appear with the listing; editorial comments do not replace those facts.

Website analytics

When enabled, The Daniel Collective and OnlyDans use a randomly generated browser identifier stored on your device to estimate visitors, visits, page views and interactions. Each site has its own identifier. Visits restart after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record page paths without query strings, referral domains and campaign labels, and counts of actions such as opening a tour, following a link or successfully submitting an enquiry or signup.

Analytics records do not contain your name, email address, phone number or message text. Contact submissions are stored separately. Analytics history is retained for up to one year and older records are deleted during normal collection. Browser storage restrictions and Do Not Track can prevent browser measurement. Clearing site storage resets your identifier.

Listing analytics

Property views are counted after a page is visible for one second, with repeat views of the same property within five minutes suppressed. For DDF listings, where reporting is enabled, required view events are also reported to CREA using the listing identifier, feed destination, browser identifier and the page address without search parameters. We do not add your IP address, email, enquiry text or campaign parameters to those events.
